Returns Policy

Our guidelines for returns and refunds

At K-Drama Foods, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. As we act as an intermediary between you and the restaurants, our return policy is designed to align with common practices in the food delivery industry.

Food Products

Due to health, safety, and quality concerns, we generally do not accept returns of food products. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise:

Damaged or Spoiled Products

If you receive food items that are damaged, spoiled, or otherwise not fit for consumption, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or spoiled products
  • Photos of packaging if relevant to the issue

We will work with the restaurant to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement at your choice.

Incorrect Items

If you receive items that differ from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order details and a description of the discrepancy. We will coordinate with the restaurant to address the issue.

Non-Food Products

For non-food items such as merchandise or kitchenware, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refund Process

Eligible Refunds

If your return or complaint is approved, we will issue a refund based on the following guidelines:

  • Damaged, spoiled, or incorrect food items: Full refund or replacement, at your choice
  • Non-food items returned within 30 days: Full refund minus shipping costs
  • Order cancellation before shipping: Full refund

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Shipping Costs for Returns

For returns of non-food items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending an incorrect item).

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it without any penalty. After this window, your order enters our preparation process and cannot be cancelled.
