Shipping Policies

Shipping policies may vary depending on the restaurant from which you are ordering. Each restaurant will provide its own shipping options, delivery times, and costs. Please refer to the specific restaurant's shipping policy at the time of your order for the most accurate information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

For orders within the United States, restaurants may offer various shipping options, including:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days, costs may vary by restaurant.
  • Express Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days, costs may vary by restaurant.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery, costs may vary by restaurant.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. For overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to be processed the same day.

Compensation for Late Deliveries

If your order is delivered later than the designated time without reasonable justification (e.g., weather conditions, traffic delays), we will work with the restaurant to provide compensation in the form of a discount on your next order or a refund, depending on the circumstances. International Shipping

Due to the perishable nature of our products and international shipping regulations regarding food items, we currently offer limited international shipping options. Please contact our customer service team for more information about international shipping availability and costs.

Shipping Restrictions

Delivery Information

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing for international orders.

Receiving Your Package

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend being available to receive your package when it arrives. If you're not home, we recommend having a trusted neighbor or family member available to receive the package on your behalf.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact the restaurant directly within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged packaging or products to help them process your claim more efficiently.
