1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the K-Drama Foods website, mobile application, Chrome extension, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Use of Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• •Use the Services to transmit any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

• •Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers or networks used to make the Services available.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Services.
• •Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission.
• •Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through the Services, you agree to pay all charges associated with that order. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details. We are not responsible for any errors or issues related to payment processing by PayPal.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by K-Drama Foods, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless K-Drama Foods, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Republic of Korea, Seoul.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
